Delivery Cost For Online Orders
Postage is calculated based on weight and length with all costs displayed in basket and checkout.
Some Items that require delivery on a pallet on items of long length will be subject to a surcharge. This is displayed on the product page.
Small packages up to 2kg £5.95
Orders up to 20kg - £11.00 carriage
Over 20kg - £20.00 carriage
Long length orders such as 2m drain rods - £20.00 carriage.
Pallet charge £50.00
International delivery is available and charged depending on weight. If your country is not showing in the delivery options please contact us for a delivery quote.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day and in most cases the same day as purchase, we will contact you if there are any issues regarding stock and advise of lead time.
Orders to most UK postcodes are sent on a next day service using a reputable UK couriers such as UPS, TNT & DHL. Some postcodes are excluded from next day due to location and fall under the 48 hours timescale. Most orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days. An email will be sent to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
International delivery timescales vary subject to customs and local couriers.
We delivery to all UK postcodes and selected international countries. Contact us for your export requirements.
Item Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the damaged goods have been returned and inspected we will send out a replacement.
Returns & Cancelations
Item not wanted - 14 Days to return
If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return your product you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving delivery.
Cancelations must be notified by email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the goods. All unwanted returned goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Expense of returning goods and risk is the responsibility of the customer.
You will need to arrange the return of the goods yourself using a reputable carrier, tracking number is advisable. Return address is Scotjet Ltd, 50 Loanbank Quadrant, Govan Industrial Estate, Glasgow, G51 3HZ.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and transferred using the same method as the original purchase.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items - 14 Days to return
If we have supplied an incorrect item, or if it damaged when received or proves to be faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email email@example.com quoting your order number and item to be returned. Scotjet will arrange the uplift of goods.
After inspection of retuned goods we are satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or issue a full refund including any carriage costs incurred.
All tools come with a manufacturers warranty, should your item develop a fault covered by this warranty we will direct you to the manufacturers warranty procedure as this is normally the fastest way to resolving your warranty claim.
If your purchase develops a fault within the manufacturers warranty period but outside of our 14 day returns period Scotjet can handle the return of the goods for you. A handling charge will apply and any customs or duty charges must be paid by the customer.
It is advisable that all warranty issues are dealt with direct with the manufacturer as per the manufacturers advice.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note - any custom built/altered specification products such as jetting nozzles and cut to length hose are non returnable.
