Rioned eFlow One Van Pack Jetter
Rioned is delighted to introduce the eFlow One, a compact, all-electric jetting machine aimed at expanding access to affordable, eco-friendly drain and sewer cleaning solutions. This innovative equipment seamlessly merges cutting-edge technology with a space-saving design, making the transition to electric more accessible for smaller contractors.
With a robust 14 kW engine, the eFlow One delivers impressive jetting capacity, achieving 150 bar at a flow rate of 50 liters per minute. Powered by a high-density 17 kW/h battery pack, the new unit can operate at full capacity for up to 1 hour on a single charge.
Designed for precise control and ease of use, the eFlow One incorporates Rioned's latest machine technology. It includes the RioMote premium 7-channel remote control system with an LCD screen for remote monitoring of essential operational information such as RPMs, pressure/flow, and battery charge level.
Furthermore, the unit features a Battery Management System (BMS) with a digital display for real-time monitoring of battery status and recharge warnings, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Its substantial 400-litre water tank, expandable to 2 x 400 litres, provides ample water supply for extended cleaning operations. An electric-operated High-Pressure Hose Reel enables a maximum reach of 80 meters of ½" hose, ensuring flexibility and access for typical drain cleaning tasks.
3 LFP-batteries and operating cost
The eFlow One holds 3 LFP (lithium-iron-phosphate) batteries offering significant advantages over other types of Li-ion batteries.
Lower environmental impact
The batteries have lower impact on the environment as they are Cobalt and Nickel free. These elements are rare and the mining of it, is controversial.
Stability and safety
LFP-cells are safer to use. The cathode-material has a better heat resistance and are less toxic. If cells break op, chances are less that he batteries catch fire.
More load cycles
These batteries can be loaded 4.000 times before they start to degrade. This type of batteries is also better suited to charge up to 100% and decharge to 0%.
Operational Cost
The purchase price of an electric machine is considerably more expensive than a fuel driven machine. However, the cost to operate an electric machine per hour, is considerably lower. Savings of up to £ 2.000 annually can easily be achieved. The cost of maintenance is also considerably lower.
